30 000b.c-400 a.d this time was mostly fertility statuettes, there is also stone age art. bronze age and iron age which range from 2500-800bc and 750-50 bc.

400-1400 this was known to be the dark ages. this was a migration period meaning much of the artwork was lost.

1400-1880 this Renaissance period.This was early modern art.

1880-1970 this was when artists like picasso surfaced. they started multiple movements and shaped mdern art. this time is also known as impressionism.

1970-2017 contemporary artworks.this is modern art that is occuring everywhere
