How to Cope
Whilst there are a variety of methods which can be used to deal with or manage a mental health disorder, it is different for each disorder, however having contact
with someone you can talk to is one of the best ways to ease yourself, get things off your mind. You should speak to the people you trust, so they can support
you through the tough times and do their best to help you.
If you don’t have anyone you can speak with, you can always call a helpline, such as:

If you don't feel comfortable contacting a helpline, you can implement coping mechanisms such as meditaiton and breathing techniques into your daily lifestyle.
