Write it down:
Rewrite your notes in a new book. Condense them for efficient studying and use colours to distinguish related topics.
Get out of the house:
Take a walk around every couple of hours to keep your blood pumping and your brain working. Don't exhaust yourself.
Listen to it:
Record yourself reading out your notes, and play it back while you are on the bus or doing chores.
Get rid of the phone:
Put anything that will distract you in another room to avoid temptation. Especially your phone.
Join a study group:
Teaching others can solidify your own learning, and your peers can explain your work in a new way for you to understand.
Get some brain food:
Make sure to take breaks and eat healthy. You need to keep your energy levels up, so eat fruits and vegetables.
